魏馨，女，管理学博士。2024年毕业于天津大学，荷兰Tilburg University联合培养博士生，获管理科学与工程专业博士学位。现为北京工业大学经济与管理学院讲师。魏馨的主要研究方向包括生成AI及其元知识涌现，数字化知识生态系统，智能决策以及合成生物学生物安全风险等前沿交叉领域研究，重点关注信息技术发展对前沿交叉领域的创新与风险双重影响。
近年来，在Humanities and Social Sciences Communications、Risk Analysis、Journal of Travel Research、Technovation、Journal of Knowledge Management、《科学学研究》、《管理学报》等国内外重要学术期刊和会议发表论文20余篇，担任Internet Research、Information Processing and Management、Information Technology & People、Journal of Knowledge Management等期刊的审稿人，担任国际电子商务会议ICEB2026 Special Track 10的Track chair等。主持国家自然科学基金委青年项目（C类）、国家资助博士后研究人员计划C档项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、北京市博士后科研创新项目，参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目以及国家自然科学基金重大项目等多项。
