张弛，男，系统工程学博士，2012年毕业于美国史蒂文斯理工学院，获系统工程博士学位。现为北京工业大学经济与管理学院研究员，博士生导师。担任中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会工业工程分会常务理事。主要研究兴趣包括复杂系统可靠性分析与优化；维修优化；关键基础设施韧性等。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目及国家重点研发计划多项。

近年来，在IISE Transactions, European Journal of Operational Research，Reliability Engineering & System Safety，IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering，IEEE Transactions on Power Systems等国际期刊上发表论文20余篇。
